Saving Amy: Paradise Valley charity helping families move forward

No family has returned to homelessness with the support

Jennifer Kiernan met Amy 16 years ago, a mother of four who was living in a shelter with two of her children while doing inner transformation work at UMOM, a family emergency center that helps those in crisis.

Although it went beyond her role as a volunteer, Kiernan helped Amy secure a job interview and continued supporting her after she left the shelter.

Amy secured a better job, regained custody of her other two children and rebuilt her life.
