The look and landscaping for a Salad and Go planned north of Baseline Road on the west side of Country Club Drive were discussed at a recent meeting of the Mesa Design Review Board.
The development is in the general commercial zoning district where restaurants with a drive-thru are permitted, Staff Planner Chloe Durfee Daniel said at the board’s May 9 meeting.
“We have a proposed 783-square-foot restaurant building with a drive-thru. There are two drive-thru lanes going down to one exiting. The canopy does extend east toward Country Club Drive, with pedestrian access to both Country Club and Baseline Road,” she said.
