Sagewood, a life plan community in Phoenix, has promoted Michael Dobbs to marketing director.

Dobbs, who had been working as director of community life services, joined Sagewood in 2019 and in his former role “developed a diverse and holistic curriculum of events and activities for the residents,” of the community, which is at 4555 E. Mayo Blvd. in Phoenix, according to a release.

He now will be leading the sales team, promoting Sagewood within the senior living industry and greater Phoenix community, the release stated.

“Michael has been an outstanding employee of Sagewood for the past four years,” Ed Smith, Sagewood executive director, said.

“He always puts the residents first and ensures their experience is the best it can be.”
