S. Philip Hallgren, 95S. Philip Hallgren, formerly of Sun City West, died April 28, 2007, in Lancaster, Pa. Born in Brattleboro, Vt., he was the director of printing for Connecticut General Life Insurance Co. After he retired, he and his wife moved to Sun City West where they lived for 22 yeas. He is preceded in death by his wife, Alberta. Survivors include his children, John, Kerry; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
