Rotary Club recognizes students at four Peoria high schools

The Peoria North Rotary Club has recognized seven Peoria Unified School District students from four different high schools as its first group of Students of the Month for the new school year.
The students were honored during a special ceremony in the cafeteria at Centennial High School in Peoria.
Club President Steve Matthews and member Dave Evans presented the students with a $100 stipend and certificate stating that a wheelchair will be presented in their name to a disabled citizen in Mexico.

The Peoria North Rotary Club has recognized seven Peoria Unified School District students from four different high schools as its first group of Students of the Month for the new school year.
The students were honored during a special ceremony in the cafeteria at Centennial High School in Peoria.
Club President Steve Matthews and member Dave Evans presented the students with a $100 stipend and certificate stating that a wheelchair will be presented in their name to a disabled citizen in Mexico.
The Peoria North Rotary Club each quarter honors top students at several Peoria high schools. The students are nominated and chosen by their teachers.
The Peoria North Rotary Club meets 6 p.m. Wednesdays at the Links Restaurant in Westbrook Village at 18823 Country Club Parkway. Prospective members are always welcome.
