Scottsdale-based Rosewood Homes announced the start of pre-sales and model home construction at its new 19-home Rosewood Canyon in the Storyrock Master Planned Community in north Scottsdale.

Rosewood’s new gated neighborhood offers tranquility and open space located east of Troon Mountain and adjacent to the 30,000-acre McDowell Sonoran Preserve while providing sweeping 360-degree views of some of Arizona’s most iconic mountains including the McDowell Mountains, Four Peaks, Troon Mountain and the Tom’s Thumb Trailhead.

Rosewood’s sensitively designed neighborhood offers custom quality, single-story residences ranging from 3,650 to 4,250 square feet plus oversized garages and large 2/3 to 3/4 acre lots with each backing to generous open space offering privacy and convenient access to miles of hiking and walking trails, the press release stated.

Rosewood Canyon provides homebuyers with a range of interior design choices to suit a variety of styles from contemporary to traditional along with generous standard features and a choice of authentic exterior architectural styling including desert contemporary, ranch hacienda, Spanish and Spanish revival.

“Our Rosewood Canyon and Rosewood Highlands neighborhoods at Storyrock offer the most gorgeous homes and locations that I’ve had the privilege of building in my 36-year homebuilding career” David Kitnick, president and founder of Rosewood Homes, stated in the press release.
