Rose Lucy Brown, 85Rose Lucy Brown, 85, of Mesa, passed away April 21, 2008, in Mesa.Mrs. Brown, a cook, was born in Foley, N.M.She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Cater and Carol Sommers.Services were held April 25 at All Saints Catholic Church in Mesa.Melcher Mission Chapel handled arrangements.
