SUN CITY WEST - Roger (Red) Williams died on Mar. 16, 2015 after suffering a debilitating stroke. He was born in Lebanon, NH. on Dec. 30, 1928 the son of Joseph and Irene (Chagnon) Williams. He attended Sacred Heart School and graduated from Lebanon High School in 1946.He attended St. Anselm's College in Manchester, NH. and then pursued advanced studies in Syracuse. NY. and Princeton, NJ. receiving his Masters and Doctorate at Berkeley and Stanford in CA. In August 1955 he married Claudette Dion of Lebanon, NH. In 1959 they moved to California where they lived until their retirment, eventually settling in Sun City West, AZ. Mr. Williams was predeceased by his wife of 55 years, his parents, two sisters Bea Baker and Carol Lukash and a son Robert Lukash. He leaves one son, James Lukash and his wife Pamela; three grandchildren, Heather(Lukash) Bonneau, Amanda Lukash and Nick Lukash; and three great-grandchildren Tyler, Jenna and Dylan Bonneau all of Cornish, NH. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at a later date in Lebanon, NH.
