Robert F. Phillips, 86, passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Hospice of the Valley in Surprise, AZ, following a brief illness.He leaves behind his wife of 18 years, Greta Harwood; his son, Robert W. Phillips; his daughter, Susan Duncombe; his 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and many close friends.A Graveside Service was held at 11:00 A.M. on February 16, 2018 at Lindenwood Cemetery in Fort Wayne, IN.Arrangements entrusted to Sunland Mortuary.
