Ritz-Carlton opening still pending following spring loan

An exact opening date of the Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley and The Palmeraie retail center was promised in May to be announced in the coming months, but the date has yet to materialize.

Scottsdale-based Five Star Development received a $585 million loan on May 12 to complete construction for both the Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley resort and residences and The Palmeraie retail center.

The development was potentially slated to open by year’s end, but Five Star Development has not responded to requests for a date.
