Rita Ann Donohue

Rita Ann Donohue, went to be with her Lord on September 12, 2018. Rita Ann was born in Milwaukee, WI on June 15, 1932.She received a B.S. degree in the first graduating class from the School of Nursing at Marquette University in Milwaukee in 1954.She moved to Arizona in 1964 to become the school nurse at Judson Academy in Paradise Valley. She later worked and taught at St. Joseph's hospital (now Dignity Hospital) in Phoenix and at Maricopa Community College.She has resided in Sun City since 1980. She is a long time member and daily Mass attendee at St. Joachim and St. Anne Catholic Church in Sun City.She was preceded in death by her parents, Jerry and Isabelle, her brother Jerry, and her sister Mary Scott.She is survived by her brother, Tom of Dallas, TX; two sisters-in-law, Barbara of Milwaukee and Colleen of Dallas; a special first cousin, Fr. Dan Crosby O.F.M. Of Detroit, MI; she is also survived by a niece and three nephews.A memorial service will be held at a later date in Milwaukee, WI.
