Students looking to get a bachelor's in three different disciplines can now obtain them from three of the different Maricopa Community Colleges across the Valley.

Rio Salado in Tempe, GateWay Community in Phoenix and Mesa Community College will begin offering new bachelor's degrees in exercise science, health leadership and science legal studies in fall 2027.

Maricopa Community Colleges says that this is part of the next phase of a critical extension plan working to make college more accessible and affordable for Arizona residents.

These three degrees will add to the existing degrees offered in the Maricopa Community Colleges like nursing, business, computer science and more.

"Building on the success of the 11 existing programs that serve over 10,000 students, these programs create new pathways to high-demand careers while helping Arizona employers meet workforce demands," the college posted to social media.
