Richard D. Jepsen, 70 Richard D. Jepsen, 70, of Apache Junction, passed away Dec. 14, 2007 in Mesa. Mr. Jepsen, who was retired from Canadian National Railroad, was born in Detroit, Mich. Survivors include his wife, Kathy; daughter, Catherine; sons, Randall, Matthew; stepsons, David Michael, Mark, Brian; and 13 grandchildren. Apache Junction Mortuary handled arrangements.
