Richard Armstrong, 79Sun City resident Richard C. Armstrong died March 19, 2008.Mr. Armstrong was born in St. Paul, Minn., and was president of a bank. He moved to Arizona 14 years ago. He is survived by his wife, Jean. Private services were conducted.
