I was surprised to learn of the recall. I have no idea of the recall objective other than to simply remove board members who do not share the position of those pushing the recall efforts. Our financial strategy is carefully reviewed and ultimately approved by the nine-member governing board.

Our investment criteria are quite prescriptive. The performance by our professional financial investment firm is annually reviewed by the Budget and Finance Committee to ensure our investment policies are complied with. I am a veteran, career health care executive and have owned a home and lived in Sun City West since 2011. I offer my integrity, willingness to step forward to work for the community and my record. I have no personal bias or agenda; only what I consider is best for the community and homeowners.
