Rezonings to be discussed March 24 for retail shops, Los Nietos residential subdivision

Discussion before the Mesa Planning and Zoning Board has again been postponed on a rezoning and site plan review of 1.6 acres for the development of a commercial center and a rezoning and preliminary plat for a residential subdivision on 4.55 acres.

Both were to be discussed at previous meetings, but were continued to the March 24 Planning and Zoning Board meeting. A virtual study session begins at 3 p.m. with the meeting at 4 p.m. March 24,
