Rezoning of residential land approved by Queen Creek

The Queen Creek Town Council on Wednesday unanimously approved requests for a rezone and site plan for a residential-commercial project called Elanto.

The requests, part of the council’s public hearing discussion, were brought by Adam Baugh of Withey Morris Baugh PLC.
