A 166-unit rental residential community to be constructed on 14.77 acres at the southwest corner of Superstition Boulevard and Royal Palm Road in Apache Junction will have a multiuse trail and a disclosure stating there is nearby horse property with noise and odors.
Council on Dec. 7 approved a rezoning for the property from general rural low density single-family detached residential to high density multiple-family residential by planned development.
The development of one-story buildings includes an equestrian trail, Associate Planner Nicholas Leftwich said during the council’s Dec. 7 meeting.
