A rezoning application has been approved for a new multifamily development to be built in north Phoenix near Interstate 17 and Dove Valley Road.
On Dec. 4., the Phoenix City Council voted to approve the rezoning application for the 344-unit multifamily development called the Dove Valley Apartments initially proposed by Trumont Group, the developer on the project.
In October, Shane Essert, a Trumont parter, said the space is “one of the last remaining” tracts of land near the Arizona Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. manufacturing facility in north Phoenix.
