A retail property in a growing part of Peoria has been sold.

Phoenix-based Evergreen Development Company sold the 7,550-square-foot, five-unit retail center The Shops at Lake Pleasant, 25355 N. Lake Pleasant Parkway to JSRP LLLP for $3.9 million.

The property is located at the northeast corner of Happy Valley Road and Lake Pleasant Parkway.

Tenants of the retail building, which is at capacity, include Delia’s Cleaners, Pet Planet, Sprint, A Tender Dental and Classic Nails & Spa, on 1.43 acres of land.

The parcel is adjacent to Fry’s Marketplace and across the street from Lake Pleasant Towne Center, which is home to more than 45 businesses including Home Depot, Sprouts and PetSmart.

“Peoria is one of the Valley’s fastest growing areas,” Laura Ortiz, president of Evergreen Development, said in a press release. “The retailers and service providers in this well-located, high-traffic property complement the already-established amenities within the center’s mix.”
