A commercial center is to be constructed on 16.9 acres north of Elliot Road and east of Ellsworth Road in Mesa.
The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board recently voted unanimously in a consent agenda with other items to approve a site plan review and preliminary plat for the Elliot and Ellsworth Commercial Center. Board members Shelly Allen, Jeffrey Crockett and Troy Peterson voted by Zoom.
A multitenant commercial and office building is planned. No Mesa Design Review Board meeting date has been scheduled as each building will be reviewed separately, Planner Robert Mansolillo said during a study session prior to the board’s Jan. 26 meeting.
