Daiso, which specializes in Japanese-inspired home decor, stationery and food, will have a grand opening Oct. 28 for its new store in Glendale’s Sunburst Plaza.
The store encompasses 12,960 square feet and its opening reflects online business and social media comments from customers who want more stores in Arizona, according to John Clarke, chief development officer for Daiso USA.
Those factors influenced “our immediate growth strategy in this region,” Clarke said.
