A retail center anchored by an Arizona-based grocery store is on sale for $11 million, according to commercial real estate firm CBRE.
Ventana Lakes Village Center, 20351 N. Lake Pleasant Road, which is anchored by Bashas’ grocery store, is on the market. Bashas’ was the first tenant at the center and has about six years remaining on its lease, according to CBRE.
The 84,000-sqare-foot center is 88 percent occupied with three vacant suites in the adjoining shop space building.
The property Ventana Lakes Village Center, 20351 N. Lake Pleasant Road in Peoria, anchored by Bashas', is listed for $11 million.
