Retail center to break ground in Goodyear

Scottsdale-based real estate firm Diversified Partners is set to break ground on a new 7.7-acre retail development in Goodyear later this month.

The project is at the northeast corner of Estrella Parkway and Yuma Road. A public groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for 9 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 25.

According to the developer, the center will feature a mix of restaurants, retail shops and service providers. Confirmed tenants include Starbucks, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Pacific Dental Services, Farmer Boys, Nautical Bowls, Mesquite (a locally owned Mexican cuisine concept), and The Nail Boss, a local nail salon. Space remains available for lease.
