A developer is planning a large retail building and a dentist’s office at North Valley and Norterra parkways in north Phoenix.
The developer, De Rito Partners Development, Inc., received preliminary site plan approval for the project on Wednesday, Jan. 28. It will be built in a vacant lot between an existing CVS drug store to the west and a Kerry’s Car Care to the east.
The major retail building is planned to be 25,002 square feet with a “drive-thru donation lane for receiving donations,” according to a city document. The dentist’s office is planned to be 7,235 square feet.
