OPINION — Doctors, attorneys, tax preparers, are selected by the results of their recent body of work. MLK might say pick them on character and results, not how they look or talk. Past performance also sounds logical when voting for politicians.
Whether you support or detest the president, his actions appear to be restoring a true two-party democracy by deconstructing political mechanisms that have been coagulating toward installing a one-party anti-democracy. Anti-democracy proponents prefer a global uni-party where “we the people” get reduced to compliant subjects.
A modern example of a uni-party is China. China’s single communist party dominance has established the PLA as the military enforcement branch of the CCP. China’s silent majority is allowed to compliantly exist under the control of their communist leaders. Communist China relies on the muscle and sweat of slave-like labor ( Uyghurs ) to manufacture the goods that drives China's economy.
