Results of Grand Ave. traffic study through Surprise to be revealed

Residents in northwest Surprise who are still concerned about traffic issues along Grand Avenue will want to pay attention to Tuesday’s city council meeting.

More answers about the future of transportation along the congested portion of U.S. 60, or Grand, is coming at the council’s regular meeting at 6 p.m. on Tuesday at City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza.

The Maricopa Association of Governments will present the long-awaited results of the Grand Avenue Corridor Study it conducted with the Arizona Department of Transportation, the cities of Surprise and Peoria, and others.
