An area that in 2005 was slated to be a Sam’s Club is to now be developed with retail, restaurants and light industrial employment spaces on 34 acres south and adjacent to Falcon Field Airport in Mesa.
The look and landscaping for the Landing at Falcon Field development east of Greenfield Road on the south side of McKellips Road were discussed May 14 by the Mesa Design Review Board. Vice Chair Dane Astle was absent.
Jazzmine Clifton of Evergreen Devco Inc. is the applicant. Evergreen-Greenfield and McKellips Land LLC is the owner.
