Restaurant group will serve top floor of planned tallest building in Arizona

Pretty Decent Concepts, the restaurant group behind restaurants like Wren & Wolf and Cleaverman Steakhouse, has signed on to serve diners on the top floor of what is planned to be the new tallest building in Arizona.

The building planned by Aspirant Development had been called Astra but has now been rebranded as Arro. The taller of two towers is planned to be 45 floors and 541 feet, surpassing the nearby Chase Tower, at 40 stories and 483 feet, as the tallest building in the state. The shorter tower will be 36 stories, 424 feet.

This rendering shows the heights for the two towers of the planned Arro building by Aspirant Development. The architect for the project is Solomon Cordwell Buenz.
