West Valley residents voiced their opinions before a long-awaited decision whether all customers will pay the same water rates — which has been delayed by the state’s utility commission.
The Arizona Corporation Commission, which was scheduled to meet and make a final vote on the EPCOR Water rate and consolidation plan, pushed back its meeting for a final vote on the issue until January.
The ACC is tasked with deciding on whether to consolidate 11 EPCOR water districts that stretch from Anthem to Tubac.
