Residents to get Sun City lake update

Slight rain had little impact

Despite some late rain dropping on Sun City Dec. 3-4, the work schedule at Viewpoint Lake continues to move forward.

The winter rain spread over both weekend days. But Sun City got only about one-half inch of rain, according to Bill Cook, Recreation Centers of Sun City general manager in a member/board exchange meeting Dec. 5. He added that much rain would not impact the project schedule much.

A meeting with the Viewpoint Lake Homeowners Association is scheduled 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15 in the auditorium at Sundial Center, 14801 N. 103rd Ave. More details on the project’s progress will be supplied there by Pacific Aquascape and RCSC officials.
