State legislators came to Sun City West to listen to concerns and topics of interest to residents.
Property Owners and Residents Association officials listened to residents when requests to hear from state legislators came in. Last year, those same officials organized the first legislative forum since the COVID pandemic and this year’s event was the second and open to Sun City West and Sun City residents. Sun City Home Owners Association partnered for this event.
Bud Meador, PORA board director, said in this event residents heard from District 28 Rep. David Livingston (R), District 28 Sen. Frank Carroll (R), Maricopa County Supervisor Clint Hickman and District 27 Rep. Kevin Payne (R).
