A recent Maricopa Association of Governments report identified a Gilbert intersection as one of the 100 most dangerous in the Valley.
The intersection of Warner and Lindsay roads came in at No. 27 on the MAG list, but was the only intersection in Gilbert to achieve the dubious ranking.
To come up with the ranking, the regional planning body rated the intersections on crash data for frequency, severity and type, weighing those three categories with 50% based on the severity score and 25% each on frequency and type.
