Report: Surprise home prices, rents still rising

MAG says city is mirroring much of rest of Valley

Some reports the Surprise City Council receives are more important than others.

A recent Maricopa Association of Governments housing report focused on the rising prices of Surprise homes and rents is one of those that will get traction, Mayor Skip Hall said.

Anubhav Bagley, regional analytics director housing and trend report for MAG, told the Surprise City Council last month that Surprise, like the Valley as a whole, is getting more expensive to live as the region continues to grow.
