RE/MAX Fine Properties Realtors Jamie Wong and Melissa Dierks have announced the listing of a residential property in Peoria they tout as the most expensive home in the city, at $5.9 million.
The home is located at 8035 W. Expedition Way.
To celebrate the listing, the team will be hosting a luxury tour event of the home this Friday, July 7, from 6 to 8 p.m., complete with live music, cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and an auto collection display featuring the new 2023 Range Rover Sport, a 750 BMW, Ferrari, Corvette and more.
“A stunning property deserves a stunning celebration, and we’re so excited to welcome the community into this incredible home,” Wong said. “We’re very excited to have the opportunity to showcase this rare estate and include our professional community.”
The nearly 13,000-square-foot homesite sits on 2.18 acres, includes resort-like features, and is gated within the community. There are five bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
The corner homesite offers an inviting welcome as you arrive to the artful main entrance with a glass-arched iron door, according to a news release.
The resort-size heated diving pool has water features, a color wheel, slide and a diving board. There is also an exterior bar, heated spa, mature trees, three separate covered entertainment spaces, golf putting greens, sport court and more. The RV garage can park up to six cars along with eight other spaced/cooled garages with epoxy floors and custom cabinets.
A detached guest house features a full kitchen, full-size appliances, a breakfast nook, a living room and an elaborate bedroom that opens to a private patio.
In April, Wong and Dierks closed on a home across the street from this one, listed at $5.2 million.
