Responding to Patricia A. Bennett’s Oct. 18, 2023, article entitled: “How do Trump defenders feel about Jan.6?”
To answer Ms. Bennett’s question, it’s important to establish the definitions of key words used to describe an act of insurrection against the United States.
Insurrection: “A rebellion, or rising of citizens...in resistance to their government.”

Rebellion: “Deliberate, organized resistance by force of arms, to the laws or operations of the government, committed by a subject.”
Arms: “...a weapon.”
Weapon: “The term is chiefly used, in law, in the statutes prohibiting the carrying or using of ‘concealed’ or ‘deadly’ weapons.”
United States: A federal corporation established by Congress under 28 USC 3002 (15)
Yes, I do support President Trump’s right to freedom of speech to express his opinion that the 2020 election was stolen by three-letter agencies working for the United States, commonly called the “Deep State” or, the “Establishment.” Trump’s political speech is recognized and guaranteed by Article 1 of our Bill of Rights to the Constitution for the United States of America. I happen to agree with President Trump’s opinion that his election as well as Kari Lake’s election for Arizona governor was rigged. America has a long history of corrupted political elections.
President Trump encouraged his supporters to attend his Jan. 6, 2021, rally to express their concerns about the questionable legitimacy of the 2020 election. Tens of thousands of Trump’s supporters attended Trump’s rally at the Capitol Mall. Trump requested his supporters to “peacefully and patriotically” protest the outcome of the 2020 election. Democrats conveniently left out this significant video evidence during the House
Impeachment Hearings of President Trump. At no time did President Trump encourage the “force of arms” against the United States.
By definition, there was no insurrection on Jan. 6, 2021. This contrived political theater was all orchestrated by radical politicians on the left and the right, along with the American intelligence community, to build the false narrative that Trump was not eligible to run again for president of the United States.
Corrupt politicians want to avoid accountability and exposure. The traitors won’t survive scrutiny with Trump re-elected as president.
Trump initiated several emergency executive orders regarding domestic and foreign election interference prior to his “alleged” departure from office. I say alleged because many believe Trump is now leading our military as “commander in chief” and developing evidence of treason to hold traitors legally accountable. Trump continues to say he’s acting as a “Wartime President.” Add his emergency executive orders and the law of war manual, continuity in government and a possible criminal sting operation; I believe many will be shocked when Donald J. Trump returns to the office of president of the United States.
Trump fabrications? The only fabrications are emanating from the controlled leftist media that facilitated the anti-Trump campaign. Trump’s rally was infiltrated and manipulated by leftist traitors.
