Reed Park Residences planned in Mesa

A multiple-residence development of Reed Park Residences is planned on 4 acres west of Gilbert Road and south of Broadway Road in Mesa.

The landscaping and look of the townhomes-style project were discussed at the Dec. 13 meeting of the Mesa Design Review Board.

The gated site will be across the street from the 19-acre Reed Park, Staff Planner Jennifer Merrill said at the board meeting.
