Red Sea reacts: How about the Cardinals’ trade moves?
Area sports fans discuss Arizona’s trade for WR ‘Hollywood’ Brown
Love the trade and find it comical how some of the so-called Cardinals faithful don’t like the trade so let me break it down: He wasn’t Baltimore‘s wide receiver No. 2 last year, he was their No. 1 with over 1,000 yards receiving and over 90 catches! His contract is very manageable for the next two years and, yes, I understand he’s probably gonna be wanting to get paid. When it comes to him wanting to get paid, our cap situation next year is going to be very nice and there should be no problem paying for his production this year. You always want to make your quarterback happy we were not going to get CeeDee Lamb, this is the next best thing... — Chris Pariseau

Not sorry
What I find comical, just because a fan doesn’t think the same as you, they aren’t cards fans. I would say sorry for disagreeing with you. Only I’m not. — Rob Elliott

Open up
Now we just need on our O-line to allow Murray a few extra seconds to throw the ball since we just picked up a speedster. Brown and Moore will be a pretty good deep threat, which will open up Ertz, D-hop and Green. — Ron Chandra

Go team!
Well said, and how it works. We bring talent in, and they get paid. Very good for our team. — Terry Barwald

Good
Hollywood is better than anyone that was still available at that point in the draft and we got another third-round pick ... good trade for us. — Jason Cauley
.
Win
It was a smart move. Get a solid WR and make K1 happy. Sounds like a win to me. — Bubba Ortega

Nightmare
Well, that needed to be said. The ones crying about it IMO don’t know much about the game and are likely bandwagon fans and not lifers of the Red Sea even if they claim to be. Again ,just my opinion. So now, who are they gonna cover? D-hop single coverage? Hollywood gonna be taking tops off of defenses, coordinators are chewing the tips off they’re fingers already just thinking about it. Match up nightmare. — David Arizona Brown

Even
It’s not about hating the trade per say ... we’ll just have to see how the rest of the draft and off-season plays out. Brown’s success was due to the Ravens having an O-line, running game, a TE and an offensive coordinator calling plays. To think he’ll have the same success without addressing our needs is ludicrous ... lol. I’m not in love with the move but I don’t hate it either. If nothing else changes … Brown doesn’t make us better or worse. — JJ Beamen
