Recreational marijuana dispensaries not allowed in Town of Paradise Valley

The Paradise Valley Town Council voted unanimously to outlaw recreational marijuana dispensaries following zero objections from the public.

The 7-0 vote was made on Feb. 25 during a Town Council meeting.

A public hearing was held prior to the vote, whereas Paradise Valley Mayor Jerry Bien-Willner opened the floor to residents who wanted to speak about the proposal to prohibit recreational marijuana establishments.
