Records reveal Goodyear's top 25 paid officials

Goodyear pays their top 25 executives $4.4 million in salary, according to records obtained by the Goodyear Independent.

City manager Wynette Reed made the most money at $262,000. The Goodyear City Council appointed Reed to serve as the new city manager after the retirement of Julie Karins in February. She previously served 10 years as the city’s deputy city manager.

The city council, whom Reed works for, made less than half her salary combined.
