As Arizona voters anticipate next week’s contentious election — with previous participation records already broken and five days left until Election Day — some may be concerned about when the results will be official.
But county officials are assuring voters new processes and technologies will provide accurate results again in November as they did during the record-setting August primary.
According to Diana Solorio, spokeswoman for the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office, turnout so far among early voters has outpaced the total participation during the 2016 election.
