The highest priced single-family homes ever sold in the Town of Paradise Valley have all occurred in the last five years, most of them in 2023.
Three of the top five priciest homes of all time were sold in the last 12 months. This data was gathered from Maricopa County Assessor’s Office tax records and Multiple Listing Service listings organized by real estate professional Butch Leiber.
Paradise Valley’s record home sales so far sold between $18 million and $23.5 million with one home selling twice for a profit of $1.65 million. They are as follows:
