Realty One strives for satisfaction for home buyers
Posted
By Rusty Bradshaw
Sun City West-based real estate professional Loni Reed wants to help new home buyers fulfill their dreams of home ownership.
Ms. Reed, of Realty One Group, sold real estate in the West Valley and North Phoenix for nearly seven years and then in 2010 was given an opportunity to use her real estate background by becoming a title marketing representative. She learned another important side of the real estate industry, but in the meantime she has also learned that she misses what she loves the most about real estate in Arizona — she loves helping people realize their dream of owning a home and helping people sell their homes.
Ms. Reed has called the Valley of the Sun home for more than 12 years. Born and raised in Minnesota, she moved to Florida when she was 20 after returning from Denmark, where she spent six months as a foreign exchange student. From Florida, she moved to Ohio for 11 years, then finally made it “home” to Arizona.
“Loni is truly committed to the people she works with and goes above and beyond for them every day,” said one of her clients.
Ms. Reed is a member of WeMar, a West Valley real estate association, and the National Association of Realtors. She also spends time with two nonprofit organizations for which she feels strongly — Homes For Heroes and Eve’s Place, a shelter for domestic violence victims.
Ms. Reed and her husband, Kevin, have two sons, Jimmy and Tommy. In her spare time, she enjoys weekend getaways and family time watching football and NASCAR.
