If you’re not getting enough robocalls or requests for “toll road” charges though Arizona doesn’t have toll roads, here’s a new one to look out for: I received a call from what appeared to be a number in the 623 area code, asking if I was available for a roof inspection.
Being that I live in a HOA community, I inquired if this was being done through the HOA and the man hung up.
My HOA requires its residents to own their roofs, maintain their roofs and insure their roofs. Also, this number does not come up as belonging to a roofing company.

I don’t usually answer calls from phone numbers I don’t recognize, but I was waiting for an important call so I answered. I should have kept to my rule!
