Looking to shop local for your next read? Look no further than the Phoenix Public Library’s Local Author Fair.
The annual event will feature 108 authors from Arizona from a wide range of genres. It will be held 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7 at the Burton Barr Central Library.
Kelly Pearson, Phoenix Public Library’s adult services coordinator, told the Phoenix Library Advisory Board during its Oct. 21 meeting that they try to schedule it for the first Saturday of November to align with the Local First Arizona Fall Festival. The library is given a booth at the festival each year.
