Things are getting closer to a “new normal” for Sun City West residents as Recreation Centers of Sun City West officials made a decision sure to delight the community.
Glancing back to one year ago, the RCSCW special events staff hosted a major event with hundreds of people in attendance at the BBQ Taste of Paradise Challenge. Then everything just stopped. Even with a pandemic plan in place, association officials worked week to week to ensure the safety of the community as Maricopa County and executive orders came down from Gov. Doug Ducey.
Now one year later, RCSCW facilities are back open.
