RCSCW administration focuses on safety

Library, membership changes

The numbers are rising for positive COVID-19 cases and Recreation Centers of Sun City West officials are making adjustments to ensure safety.

In a press release dated Dec. 10, new COVID-19 safety measures were put in place as of Dec. 14 for the remainder of 2020. This includes members scheduling appointments in order to visit the Members Services office in person. According to the release, this will help limit the number of people inside the office and provide a safer environment for both staff and members.

“Members can do just about everything online or over the phone — pay dues, put money on their account, buy a golf card. They would need to come in to get their picture taken for their recreation cards if they are new. They can book golf tee times or lessons online,” RCSCW General Services Office Katy O’Grady said.
