RCSC projects rolling along in Sun City

Golf maintenance nearly complete

Recreation Centers of Sun City officials have four major infrastructure projects in process, with one nearly complete.

The Lakes East/West Golf Course, 10433 W. Talisman Road, maintenance building could be occupied in a month. Work crews completed paving at the site, which represented the last of the major work on the project, according to Bill Cook, RCSC general manager.

“We are now just waiting for county approval and we hope to be in there in November,” he said.
