Recreation Centers of Sun City bylaw revisions will be considered for a final vote when the corporate board meets in its next session.
The board’s next regular business meeting will be 9 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 17 in the auditorium at Sundial Center, 14801 N. 103rd Ave. The meeting will be a week earlier than normal as the board’s regularly meets the last Thursday of the month, but in November that falls on Thanksgiving Day.
The RCSC bylaws were presented to the board Oct. 27 as a committee recommendation. Following nearly three hours of review and a number of amendments were presented and either approved or rejected, the board voted to adopt the entire document as amended. However, some RCSC members objected to some amendments and the fact they were not allowed to comment on them as they were discussed.
