The Recreation Centers of Sun City Board of Directors will hear residents comments during its monthly member/director exchange meeting this morning.

The meeting is scheduled 6 p.m. Monday, May 8 in the upper level social hall at Lakeview Recreation Center, 10626 W. Thunderbird Blvd. The meeting is open to all RCSC cardholders.
Also on the agenda will be a preview of a motion to be considered at the board's regular business meeting later this month. The motion proposes changes to the corporation's code of conduct for cardholders.
The RCSC board conducts two meetings pure month. The member/director exchange is generally offered the second Monday each month and allows cardholders to address the board with concerns or other comments. No other business is conducted during the member/director exchange meetings.
The second meeting is the board's regular business meeting, generally conducted the last Thursday of each month. In that meeting, the board offers reports from various departments and considers motions. During the board meeting comments are also received from cardholders, but are limited to three minutes, while there is no time limit during the exchange meeting.
Twice each year, RCSC hosts exchange meetings in the evening to accommodate residents who cannot attend daytime meetings.
